Element Martial Arts Shipping and Returns Information
Shipping
Element martial arts equipment orders are sent via one of the following carriers: Royal Mail, Parcel Force, City Link and DPD. Shipping cost calculations outlined in the table below are based on the combined weight of the items in your shopping basket including all packaging. The cost of shipping is calculated for you at checkout.
Mainland UK Standard Delivery, 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays and where circumstances allow)
- Packages less than 750 grams - £2.95
- Packages over 750 grams - £6.50
- 30p per 100g thereafter
- Orders over £150 in value get FREE delivery via insured courier
Mainland UK Special Delivery, 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays and where circumstances allow)
- Packages less than 750g - £4.25
- Packages over 750g - £8.25
- 40p per 100g thereafter
- Orders over £150 in value get FREE delivery via insured courier
Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Non Mainland UK
- £12 for every 30kg
Europe
- Up to 1 Kg - £10.00
- £1 per 100g thereafter
Returns (Please read all the information below)
If for whatever reason you are not happy with all or part of your order, please stating your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return and the reason you were not happy with the item(s). Once we have received your email, we will be able to generate and email you a returns packing slip containing the return address which should be sent with the goods. Failure to include the returns packing slip with the returned item(s) will result in a delay refunding your payment.
Returned items should be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please be aware that any items returned that do not correspond to the order number supplied, may slow down the return process.
